Karen D. Riedel, CPA, MBA
Director of Quality Assurance & Taxation
Karen has been with Fulton CPAs since 2009. She is a licensed CPA in Tennessee and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Master of Business Administration degree from Christian Brothers University. She began her career in public accounting and then worked in the tax departments of Hilton and Promus Hotel Corporations for sixteen years gaining experience in federal and state taxation as well as accounting and financial statement preparation. She enjoys investigating issues and solving problems for her clients. Karen is responsible for business and individual tax return preparation and review, financial statement review, consulting, as well as monitoring quality assurance for the firm.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband Brant, her two kids Zach and Katie, and her fur baby Zoey. She also enjoys scrapbooking, reading, and playing the role of dance/theatre mom for her daughter.
Director of Relationships & Development
Raney has been with Fulton CPAs since 2014 and holds an Associate in Arts degree (in Business) from Carl Albert State College in Oklahoma. She has over 30 years of accounting experience in public and private accounting throughout Oklahoma, Arkansas, Georgia and Tennessee. Seventeen of those years, Raney ran and operated her own bookkeeping service. Raney is responsible for client accounting services, state and local taxation, payroll services, QuickBooks training and support, developing and maintaining client relations, billing, and other administrative services as needed for the firm.
In her free time, she enjoys ballroom dancing, listening to indie music, quilting, and pumping iron at the gym.
Rebecca Buczkowski, CPA, MS
Director of Business Services
Becky has been with Fulton CPAs since 2015. She is a licensed CPA in Tennessee and received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Christian Brothers College and her Master of Science in Accounting Systems from the University of Memphis. She worked as a controller for years at a local business products company. She enjoys interacting with clients and providing them with the information or assistance they need. She is responsible for individual income tax preparation, financial statement preparation, bookkeeping, and handling various IT matters for the firm.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband Dean and their daughter. She loves reading, traveling and scary movies.
Amy completed an internship with Fulton CPAs in 2017. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, Amy returned to Fulton CPAs in 2018 as a staff associate. She has experience in bookkeeping and local and state taxation in multiple states, with specific experience in bookkeeping for franchises. She enjoys helping clients as they work toward building and maintaining their businesses.
Amy received her BS in. When she is not working, Amy is an avid movie buff, reader, and gardener.
Business Service Analyst
has been with Fulton CPAs since 2017. She worked as a full charge bookkeeper for a private dental office for over 10 years. She also has several years of experience working in customer service and the insurance industry. is responsible for reception, client accounting services, processing, assisting with firm billing, and other administrative duties as needed by the firm.
is originally from south Mississippi. She has a background in the arts and enjoys studying medieval history. Outside of work she enjoys hiking, camping, and photography.
Lynn Fulton, CPA
Lynn has a BBA from Middle Tennessee State University. Prior to becoming a CPA , she entrepreneured two businesses, a retail store and a personal service business, and managed a restaurant. She performed property management accounting for large corporate entities and worked with Rhea & Ivy, a large local Memphis CPA firm, performing consulting, attestation, and tax services.
Lynn is a former member of the Northeast Shelby County Rotary Club, a service organization who sponsors Gift of Life activities and many other charities.
Lynn is a former member of the National Federation of Independent Buisnesses(NFIB) and previously served on the NFIB Leadership Council. She was Former Chairman of the NFIB Tax Advisory Council, an eight member board consisting of CPAs and Tax Attorneys throughout Tennessee.
Lynn is also an Advanced QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
Client Success Manager
Galen has been with Fulton CPAs since 2019. Before coming to Fulton CPAs, he has been account executive for several chemical and agricultural companies as well as an experienced insurance representative. Galen brings his wealth of experience to help our clients receive as much value as possible from our team.
In his free time, Galen enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren, golfing, and hunting and fishing.
Orin Wilson, CMA, CPA
Orin is a thought-leader in his field, having written the Accounting Firm Growth & Improvement Playbook as well as the ECPA program for adding value to client engagements. Prior to becoming a CPA , Orin developed operational, financial, and behavioural analytics systems for Fortune 500 companies, SMB's, and Non-Profit organizations. He has since founded multiple businesses in the B2B service space including, accounting firms, SaaS companies, and educational programs. Orin tries to integrate his values, vision, and mission into everything he does.
Orin is a former board member and treasurer for the United Way, the President of the Arkansas Institute of Management Accountants, Co-Founder of the Arkansas Financial Leadership Summit and the Community Innovation Lab, a Student Influencer with the IMA, and regularly hosts programs for youth development.
Orin enjoys spending time with his wife and three children through sports, the great outdoors, and other adventures. His goal is to create an impact by introducing more Truth, Love, and Order into the world and helping others do the same.
